These terms explain how you may use SkyStayTravel.com (“SkyStayTravel”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What SkyStayTravel is

SkyStayTravel is an independent travel comparison and discovery website. We help visitors explore flights, stays, activities, car hire and related travel content, and we may link you to third-party booking partners.

We are not an airline, hotel, car rental company or travel agency. We do not issue tickets, take hotel payments, or operate bookings on our own checkout unless clearly stated otherwise on a specific page.

2. No account required

You can browse most of the site without creating an account. If you contact us by email or sign up for a newsletter where offered, you agree to provide accurate information and use those channels lawfully.

3. Partner sites and bookings

When you follow a search result, “compare”, or booking link, you leave SkyStayTravel and deal directly with the partner or supplier (for example an airline, hotel platform, activity provider or car hire company).

• Prices, availability, baggage rules, cancellation terms and payment are set by the partner — always confirm on their site before you pay.
• Your contract for travel is with the partner, not with SkyStayTravel.
• Complaints about a booking (changes, refunds, no-shows) must be raised with the partner that took your payment.

4. Affiliate links and commissions

Some links on SkyStayTravel are affiliate or referral links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps fund the site. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay on the partner site, but they may affect which partners we feature or how we organise discovery pages.

Where we describe a partner as “primary”, “alternative” or similar, that reflects how search is set up on our pages — not a guarantee that the partner is cheapest for every trip.

5. Information on this site

Route guides, destination tips, FAQs and editorial content are for general information only. We aim to be accurate and practical, but:

• We do not display live fares or guaranteed rates on most pages.
• Visa, entry, health and safety rules change — check official government advice before you travel.
• Maps, neighbourhood labels and “best area” suggestions are subjective starting points, not personal advice.
• Find My Trip results are editorial destination suggestions scored against our guides. Match percentages are indicative only — not live prices, availability guarantees or personalised travel advice.

You are responsible for checking final details before booking.

6. Search tools and embedded services

Search boxes, maps and widgets may be provided by third parties. Their results, errors and downtime are outside our direct control. Do not rely on a single search — compare outcomes on the partner site.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt the site (for example excessive automated scraping, introducing malware, or bypassing security).
• Misrepresent SkyStayTravel as the seller of travel services or imply we guarantee prices or availability.
